This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are processed for purchases made from Bentex Lubricants. Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of placement if the product has not yet been dispatched.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone using the contact details provided in this policy.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product is not in accordance with the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The product has been used, tampered with, or altered in any way.
- Damage caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Orders where cancellation is requested after dispatch.
4. Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- In the case of payment via Razorpay or other payment gateways, processing timelines may vary based on the payment provider’s policies.
5. Return Requirements
- Products approved for return must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
- The return shipment must be sent to the address provided by Bentex Lubricants at the time of approval.
- Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect from Bentex Lubricants.
