  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timelines range from 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location.
  • Delays caused by courier companies, transport strikes, natural calamities, or other force majeure events are beyond the control of Bentex Lubricants.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before the customer completes the purchase.
  • Any additional taxes, duties, or handling charges imposed by local authorities will be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the order is not received during these attempts, it may be returned to Bentex Lubricants.
